Gillies says much of the cafe offerings are sourced locally, including Corvus Coffee, pastries from Cake Crumbs Bakery and chocolate from nearby Ritual. He’s also planning on hosting a product launch for new products from Funnybone and plans to bring in neighborhood guest speakers and Colorado writers.

City Stacks is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
