Specifically, this step requires a “bona fide patient-physician relationship” that entails a “treatment or counseling relationship,” a physical examination, and an assessment of the patient’s medical history before a doctor can recommend that patient for medical marijuana.
Anyone want to bet if legislators plan to require a “bona fide patient-physician relationship” for any other medical services offered in this state?
