Update, 5:29 p.m.: A mug shot of suspect Zachariah Thomas Santaguida has just been released. We’ve added it to this blog, first published at 10:22 a.m. Here’s the original item.
Late last night, Jefferson County Sheriff’s officers responded to an address on the 30000 block of Hill Top Drive in Evergreen, where they made a grisly discovery.
A thus-far-unidentified 24-year-old woman wasn’t breathing and had undergone some type of trauma — enough to kill her. Before long, the woman’s brother, Zachariah Thomas Santaguida, 18, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder.
