The Cat’s Pajamas brings us word of an Equilibrium Clothing sale, plus another of Susan Froyd’s Talking Shop offerings — this one focused on weird DNC-related items like a needle-felting kit to create the Obama seen here. Nothing’s more patriotic than a likeness of a Democratic presidential nominee that seems to have been made out of dryer lint.

In Cafe Society, the Candy Girls gobble deviled eggs and Jonathan Shikes samples beers brewed for the DNC. It’s an excuse to imbibe liberally.

Demver points out six DNC events worth watching. And Backbeat Online updates its DNC cheat sheet and offers up Eric Eyl’s Mile High Makeout, which gives tips on how to expose yourself. Step one: Buy a raincoat. — Michael Roberts
