Raymond Swisher sentenced for sex crimes against women & kids that he recorded on DVD

Back in February, we told you about Raymond Swisher, charged with 100 counts of indecent exposure and unlawful sexual conduct. According to the Raymond Swisher arrest affidavit, he recorded sex with multiple women without consent and exposed himself to kids with his camera set to capture their expressions. For that, Swisher has been sentenced to two years in jail and more. Get details from this Denver DA’s office release:

MAN SENTENCED IN INDECENT EXPOSURE CASES

A man who repeatedly exposed himself in public places in front of children, and recorded consensual sex with a number of women without their knowledge, was sentenced today to three years in the Colorado Department of Corrections. The sentence was suspended upon successful completion of two years in the Denver County Jail and eight years of intensive supervised probation.

Raymond Swisher (dob: 03-18-66) pleaded guilty earlier to two counts of sexual exploitation of a child and possession of pornographic material (F6) and unlawful sexual contact (M1). Swisher, who exposed himself repeatedly in public places over the last several years, and also secretly recorded consensual sex with a number of women without their knowledge. During the investigation, DVDs and video cassettes were seized from Swisher’s residence.

Swisher, who remained in custody following the hearing, was remanded to immediately begin his sentence.
