On the scene, the cops nabbed a 22-year-old male employee of the eatery. According to a video shot by the Denver Post‘s Karl Gehring, they were assisted in their efforts by a customer who kept track of the fleeing suspect and pointed the police in his direction.

The victim, a 24-year-old man, also works at the Qdoba. He was reportedly stabbed multiple times. His current condition is unknown.

The Lone Tree cops have not released any names in the incident to date. However, city spokeswoman Kristen Knoll says investigators believe no one else was involved.

Charges are pending.
