After a tumultuous week with police clashes, arrests and strict enforcement of the no-overnight-camping rule, Occupy Denver protestors had a quiet day on Sunday. Around 200 demonstrators occupied Civic Center Park in the afternoon and early evening, and their general assembly at 3 p.m. focused on moving forward with peaceful negotiations with the city, legal-fee donations and the upcoming winter.
Clusters of police could be seen in strategic locations surrounding both parks, but there were no major altercations or conflicts between police and protestors.
