Early today, Aurora Police Department personnel responded to a call at 1600 South Ouray Street — the area seen in the map above (if you have trouble seeing the image, click “View Larger Map”). NATURE: Suspicious Death

At approximately 4:00 this morning Officers from the Aurora Police Department responded to the 1600 block of South Ouray Street on report of a man down in the street.
Responding officers found a deceased adult Hispanic or Native American Male lying in the road. Based on evidence found at the scene, Major Crimes/Homicide detectives were called out and are investigating the death as a possible homicide.
The victim appeared to be approximately 5’9″ with a medium build.
