As noted above, one of the victims was reportedly able to walk to a hospital — presumably Denver Health, which is only blocks from this address. Emergency personnel found the other person at the scene. Both individuals are expected to survive their wounds.

What set off this spasm of violence? Thus far, the DPD hasn’t offered either tweets or news releases about an act that undoubtedly jangled nerves throughout this busy and vibrant neighborhood.
