Many law enforcement agencies across the state compile and update their own most-wanted-criminals list — and the one maintained by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office demonstrates the distressingly widespread and commonplace nature of domestic violence. All twelve people on its current list — eleven men and one woman — are wanted for this offense.
