Last week may have marked the first-ever iPad theft in the state of Colorado! Hooray!
Of course, the person whose new gadget was snatched from the Cherry Creek Shopping Center on April 15 probably isn’t in a celebratory mood, given that his left pinkie finger was “degloved” — meaning all the skin was peeled off — during the robbery according to a police report that can be read in its entirety by clicking here. In the document, the responding officer speculated that surgery might be necessary — since, presumably, there is not yet an app for regloving a pinkie.
If you’ve seen the scofflaw in question, hit this link and contact the Denver Police Department. A reward is being offered — maybe enough to buy your own iPad!
