Dear Stoner: I haven’t been a 4/20 person for years, but my friend got tickets to a really cool weed and brunch event for 4/20. Only problem is that I forgot April 20 is on Easter Sunday this year, and I always go to my parents’ house. Will I be tempted to get too high (and piss off my mom) if I go to both?
Hodor HuffingtonDear Hodor: Almost certainly, especially if you’re a lightweight or haven’t been to a cannabis-friendly event before. Even if you try to take it easy at one of these parties, there are too many chances to hit a joint, take a dab or eat an edible, and adding brunch to the mix only increases that likelihood.

That doesn’t mean you’ll get too high to walk properly, but good luck leaving without pillowy, glazed eyes and the smell of burnt reefer stuck to your pastel polo shirt. That’s kind of the point of the whole event, though, so bring eyedrops and a new set of clothes, and hope for the best. At the very least, you’ll have no problem eating Easter dinner later.
Today is the last day of our summer campaign, and we’re just $450 away from our goal!
