On May 14, seven-month-old Noah Szeremy was rushed to Swedish hospital; he wasn’t breathing, and died two days later. Now, Noath’s father, Andrew Szeremy, 32, has been formally charged with ending the boy’s life. Get the details from the Denver District Attorney’s Office below.

Andrew Szeremy (dob: 09-22-77) is charged with first-degree murder (F1) and child abuse resulting in death (F2).
On May 14, 2010, Denver Health paramedics and Denver police officers responded to 3961 Rutgers Place on a report of a child not breathing. The child was taken to Swedish Medical Center but died two days later. The charges allege that Szeremy was caring for his 7-month-old son, Noah Szeremy, when he caused fatal injuries to the child.
Szeremy remains in custody in the Denver County Jail where he is being held without bond. He is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court, room 472W, on Wednesday, May 26, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. to be advised of the charges.
