Although the flier touts Eddie Money’s appearance tonight at the Grizzly Rose as a chance to see a live performance of “Everybody Loves Christmas” from the Santa Claus 2 soundtrack, we know why you really want to go. It’s the same reason we would go — to see Money sing “Take Me Home Tonight” live.
Well, that and to hear Money’s other classics like “Baby Hold On,” “Two Tickets to Paradise” and “I Wanna Go Back.” With a catalogue that runs from 1977 to present-day, the soulful singer will have plenty of albums to pull from — and he’s known to still hit even the highest of notes from his ’80s-heavy repertoire to perfection. This show is eighteen and up, and tickets are $25. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.; the show starts at 8.
