Some dirty dogs tried to blow up the Fat Cat Sports Bar (aka, Fat Cat Pub, Fat Cat Inn) Sunday morning between the hours of 1 and 6:15 a.m.
According to a police report about the incident at 5060 North Federal, “unknown persons started a fire involving what appears to be a plastic gasoline container with an unknown ignition source at the rear door.”
Arson investigators are on the case. Owners of the Three Dogs Tavern, Lazy Dog Sports Bar and Grill , and Steve’s Snappin Dogs have been warned to be on the lookout for reprisal attacks and suspicious hairballs.
