The community-style dinner will start withh Mizuna salad with fresh melon, smoked prosciutto, Haystack chevre and mint vinaigrette, paired with Ballentine’s Malvasia Bianco.
Course two: Lobster and sweet corn risotto with sweet corn and truffle emulsion, paired with the Chenin Blanc.
