From 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., the , 946 Pearl Street in Boulder, offers “Wine 101: Organic & Sustainable Wines,” a discussion and tasting with sommelier Manual Sanchez of the West End Wine Shop. You’ll learn about how well these wines stand up to food, the differences between them and much more. At 8:30 p.m., Centro Latin Kitchen & Refreshment Palace, 950 Pearl Street in Boulder, hosts another installment of Vino 101, wine-tastings dedicated to different Latin vintages.
