Lola, 1575 Boulder Street, has pulled out all the stops for tonight’s Dos Casas fundraising event, which offers three options: a five-course dinner at 6:30 p.m., paired with wine, for $75; the dinner plus exclusive patio seating and a chef meet-and-greet for $125; or an after-hours party starting at 9 p.m. and featuring appetizers, small bites and live music for $35.
The menu has been prepared by an all-star roster of Denver’s top culinary talent; keep reading for a taste:
First course: Scallop and dungeness crab “crudo” by Sheila Lucero of Jax Fish House and Goose Sorenson of Solera.
Second course: Sofrito Cubano butterfish by Matt Selby of Vesta Dipping Grill and Steuben’s and Troy Guard of TAG.
