TAG|RAW Bar, 1430 Larimer Street, was awarded Best Chef’s Counter in our 2013 Best of Denver, which hit the streets yesterday, and tonight is a perfect opportunity to see for yourself why it won. Every last Thursday of the month, this underground restaurant in Larimer Square offers a special four-course vegan omakase menu during dinner service for $30.

The four-course menu is formulated by the kitchen staff the day of the dinner; reservations aren’t necessary, but calling ahead is recommended.
