The Hideaway Steakhouse, 2345 West 112th Avenue in Westminster, is turning two. It’s seen some challenges since it opened, including losing opening chef Chris Cina and gaining Steve Prograr, who recently left Abrusci’s to sign on at Hideaway.

Hideaway’s second birthday celebration starts today and runs through March 29 with a deal offering an eight-ounce steak with two “chef-select” sides, and a choice of a cup of soup du jour or a house salad for $43 — a “nostalgic price” reflecting the good old days of 2011.
But here’s more reason to celebrate: Next Monday through Friday, March 25 through March 29, Hideaway will take $2 off all of its wines by the glass (excluding happy hour wines – available in the lounge only), from 2 p.m. until close.
