Red Claw Seafood & Wings was part of a small wave of seafood-cum-Cajun-cum-Asian joints that washed up in Denver a few years ago. Now the spot at 472 South Federal Boulevard has changed hands — and names. Although the new owners say they’ve kept the same concept, the name has been changed to Vietnam Bay, and a few Vietnamese items have been added to the menu.

This spot is still one of the few places where Denverites can get crawfish by the pound; they come flavored with your choice of seasonings and accompanied by potatoes, corn and sausage.
Vietnam Bay is open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.; call 720-328-3620 for more information.
