Brothers Kris and Jason Wallenta have turned the space that once held D Bar into Dos Santos, opening their upscale, Uptown taqueria this summer. The place already has a legion of fans — and Gretchen Kurtz joins them with her review of Dos Santos this week. Says Megan:
