Baur’s Restaurant & Listening Lounge hosted Go Fish! last night, a sustainable seafood party held to highlight the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s SeafoodWatch program. Fresh fish and other marine edibles were prepared by Seafood Watch Blue Ribbon Task Force chefs Dory Ford of Baur’s, Sheila Lucero of Jax Fish House and Kelly Whitaker of Basta.
Guests were treated to dishes from a host of other top Denver chefs, including Alex Seidel of Fruition, Matt Vawter of Mercantile Dining & Provision, Troy Guard of from Guard and Grace, Paul Reilly of Beast + Bottle, Kyle Mendenhall of The Kitchen, and Kevin Grossi of Lola.
The event was co-sponsored by Seattle Fish Co., one of Denver’s top seafood purveyors dedicated to keeping the oceans healthy by promoting responsible fishing and harvesting.
