Photos: Pho 95 now serving in its new South Federal location

Pho 95 has opened in its new location at 1401 South Federal Boulevard, right down the street from its original spot at 1002 South Federal. Although it’s still waiting on the okay of its liquor-license application, the pho remains one of this town’s liquid assets.
