Jax Fish House opened in LoDo — in the space once home to the legendary Terminal Bar — sixteen years ago. In bar time, that could be a century ago, and so Jax closed at the end of service on New Year’s Eve for a quick, but major, and remarkable, renovation that was revealed when JAX reopened Friday. The changes aren’t all in design, either. Take a look at the new menu below, and stay tuned for new hours, with weekday lunch rolling out later this week.
