As it has done for many years now, the Falling Rock Tap House kicked off the week leading up to the Great American Beer Festival with a beer lovers’ party. The granddaddy of Denver craft-beer bars counted down the seconds on its digital GABF clock before tapping numerous beers from owner Chris Black’s cellar.
