As Satchel’s on 6th gets ready to open its doors — according to the restaurant’s Facebook page, it’ll start serving dinner on Saturday — a new restaurant is aiming to make something work in the old Satchel’s Market address at 28th Avenue and Fairfax in Park Hill.

Pary’s on 28th has applied for a hotel and restaurant liquor license for the garage doored-spot; the proprietors went before Denver’s Department of Excise and License today.

We’ll post the details of the Pary’s on 28th concept as we get them.
