Tooey’s Off Colfax just opened in the onetime janleone space at 1521 Marion Street. Most recently Club Boca, the address had been vacant for close to a year before the new owners took it over on October 15, and they burned some serious midnight oil in order to get it open on Halloween.

But while janleone was a fine-dining spot, Tooey’s is a club through and through, just like Kinga’s Room, right next door at 1509 Marion, where Jan Leone’s daughter once ran Lounge.
