Oak at Fourteenth, 1400 Pearl Street in Boulder, is welcoming Bryce Gilmore of Barley Swine in Austin and mixologist Manny Hinojosa of Bacardi USA tonight for a special dinner benefiting the James Beard Foundation. The two will join Oak’s owners — chef Steven Redzikowski and startender Bryan Dayton — for a seven-course, Southern-inspired feast paired with cocktails. Keep reading for a look at the menu.
