It’s spring cocktail season, and you know what that means: the drinking is easy. And at the Hotel Teatro, which houses Prima and Restaurant Kevin Taylor, sommelier Brandon Tebbe has concocted the Summer-tini, a cocktail shaken with Vodka14, a Colorado organic vodka that’s distilled in the Rockies. “It’s a top shelf vodka that’s super clean in flavor,” says Tebbe. And, he adds, “It’s really refreshing with a cloudy white appearance and a bright bead of red pomegranate at the bottom, so it’s really eye catching.”

The cocktail is priced at $10 and will stay on the libations board at both restaurants throughout the summer. If you want to make it home, the recipe follows after the jump.
