The Living Room is hosting a free wine tasting tonight with jazzy house music from 6 to 9 p.m. But you’ll want to get there when doors open at 4 p.m., because happy hour runs until 7 p.m. with $3 wells, $3 selected drafts, $5 martinis and half-price tapas. Bring your friends, because groups of ten or more at the tasting receive a complimentary bottle of wine.

You can learn to make your own cheese tonight at Wine & Whey, 3559 Larimer Street, where owner Pamela Zorn will offer one of her popular, thirty-minute Mozzarella class. The lesson begins at 7:30 p.m., and students will not only find out how to create fresh mozz, but will create their own batch. Tuition is $35 per person and includes mozzarella balls and recipes to take home; make reservations online.
