I spent the majority of my holiday vacation immersed in food (and wine), which pretty much mimics my life when I’m not on vacation. But after a few too many gluttonous dinners, I wanted something simple, and ever since I was a kid, that longing has equated to a bowl of tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich, which I found at this neighborhood restaurant that’s partial to pig.
