I really, really wish that I could be as enthusiastic about the food at this quirky Korean restaurant as the chef who served it to me. But while he couldn’t have been more accommodating, jambalaya, Korean or otherwise, should have a modicum of flavor — and some heat — neither of which were present in this jambalaya.
