I ingested some horrible food this weekend, including a breakfast burrito that’s responsible for the fact that I didn’t sleep — at all — last night, but before that malicious attack, I feasted at another restaurant that turns out deep-fried Mexican onions marinated in fresh lime juice and specked with garlic, crushed chiles and oregano, and as soon as I get my appetite back, I’m going back for more.
