When I ordered this alambre — a plate-spanning mass of every meat imaginable, shrimp, peppers, onions and mushrooms carpeted with a sheet of melted cheese — I had no idea that I’d be getting enough food to feed the block. And while it took a good forty minutes before it arrived to the table, I appeased my hunger pains with hot, salty chips and chile-smacked salsas from the exceptionally well-stocked bar.
