That right there is Americanized Chinese food at its finest, or its worst, depending upon how you look at it. It’s got that familiar sheen, all the standard vegetables and a handful of perfectly fine scallops lobbed in to remind that you that you’re not eating at one of those Chinese joints that scoop goop for a buck and change.
