The Museum of Contemporary Art’s last Mixed Taste of the season tonight combines Minimalism & Giant Vegetables (with Elissa Auther and Gifford Miller, respectively). Doors open at 6 p.m., the program is at 7 p.m. at 3126 Larimer Street. Tickets are $10 or $15 MCA members; call 303-298-7554 or go to mcadenver.org.
Aspen Gay Ski Week will present the final pool party of the season at Denver’s Four Seasons Hotel. Guests at the Summer’s End Soirée can enjoy cocktails and DJ entertainment on the hotel’s pool terrace from 6 to 9 p.m. For more information, visit the Facebook page here.
