Don’t feel like mashing potatoes, thickening gravy and overcooking a turkey this year?

 Maggiano’s Little Italy, with two Denver locations, is offering a four-course Italian-themed Thanksgiving that goes for $29.95 a person and $14.95 for kids ages 5-12. It also offers takeout. Reservations are highly recommended; call 303-260-7707 for the Denver Pavilions location and 303-858-1405 for the Tech Center spot.

Randolph’s Restaurant and Bar, 1776 Street, is offering a four-course dinner and Thanksgiving-themed wine tasting for $44 a person, as well as a $12 menu for kids 12 and under. Randolphs will be open 11 a.m.-8 p.m.; make a reservation at www.randolphsdenver.com or by calling 303-318-2727. 

Senger’s on the Fax, 3014 East Colfax, won’t have food at its “Stay Classy Thanksgiving Bash” from 8 p.m.-2 a.m. But it will have DJ Brian on the turntables and drink specials, like a Ron Burgundy Shot. Check out www.sengersonthefax.com or call 303-355-0823 for more info.

Opus Restaurant, 2575 West Main Street, in Littleton, has a gourmet Thanksgiving dinner for $45 per person. Wine pairings are available. Visit www.opusdine.com for more information or call 303-703-6787 for reservations.

The Black Cat, 1964 13th Street, in Boulder, is doing a unique take on a Thanksgiving feast. The “GIVE” dinner is “a holiday meal created by Chef Eric Skokan where guests are encouraged to give what they can for their meal “in the hopes of embracing  the spirit of giving to their community,” according to the Black Cat’s website. There will be a donation box where you can pay what you think the meal was worth, or even add a little more to help someone less fortunate. The restaurant opens at 2 p.m. on Thursday; R.S.V.P. at 303-444-5500.

The Hotel Boulderado, 2115 13th Street, in Boulder, is offering a Thanksgiving Day Buffet from noon to 4 p.m. in its ballroom. The menu is elaborate, featuring traditional and contemporary takes on Thanksgiving. It costs $33.95 for adults, $16.95 for children ages 6-12, and is free for kids age 5 and under.
