Monday, December 15
The Welsh Rabbit Cheese Shop and Odell Brewing are teaming up on a beer-and-cheese pairing event from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today at the Forge Public House, 232 Walnut Street in Fort Collins. They’lll be serving up five cheeses and five beers for $29; for more information call 970-443-4027 or go here.

The Seasoned Chef Cooking School is offering a A Bavarian Christmas class today from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., exploring hearty and warming celebratory dishes, including spaetzel, dumplings and homemade sausage. Tuition is $75; register here.
Wednesday, December 17
The Seasoned Chef Cooking School will offer a Couples Holiday Entertaining class from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. today; students will learn how to team up to cook dishes like grilled asparagus with smoked bacon and black olive caper tapenade, wild mushroom gratin with three-herb crust, pan-roasted turkey breast and much more. The class is $75 per person; register here.
Friday, December 19
ViewHouse Centennial is holding an Ugly Sweater Party, hosted by Breckenridge Brewery, starting at 9 p.m. tonight. Festivities will include Mix & Mingle Bingo, Awkward Family Photos, Ugly Sweater Contests and a Never Summer Snowboard Giveaway. If you’re feeling lucky, you might score Breckenridge Ski Trip tickets, including a two-night stay at Crystal Peak Lodge, a ski rental package, and dinner and a tour at the Breckenridge Brew Pub
