Boulder Wine Merchant, 2690 Broadway Street in Boulder, is hosting a free Gin & Tonic tasting featuring spirits from Colorado-based Peak Distillery from 5 to 7 p.m. tonight.
The shop will be showcasing Peak’s Cap Rock gin, which is distilled with Jonathon and Braeburn apples from Gunnison River Farms and is described as “modern with floral notes, soft fruit notes, and a zippy spice character.”
Various types of tonic water will used for the tasting, and vodka will be available for non-gin drinkers. Call Boulder Wine Merchant at 303-443-6761 to grab a spot.
