To commemorate American Craft Beer Week, Dry Dock Brewery, at 15120 East Hampden Avenue in Aurora, is tapping a new firkin everyday until Sunday. Today’s firkin will be Raspberry Porter.
For the beer-novice: Firkins are used to condition and serve cask ales — beers that are unfiltered, naturally carbonated and use no CO2 or refrigeration.
These beers will only be available in the tap room and supplies are limited. Here’s the full schedule:
Today: Raspberry Porter Thursday: Double Dry Hopped Double IPA Friday: Peanut Butter Cup Porter Saturday: Mango Pale Ale Sunday: Blake’s Juniper Berry Wit
