Denver is overflowing with wine-related events this week, but there’s also plenty for beer-drinkers, gardeners and veggie-lovers, too.
Here’s a taste of what’s ahead:
Monday, June 27:
Elway’s, 2500 East First Avenue, will host a Merlot Blending Seminar with winemaker David Merfeld. It starts at 2 p.m., and appetizers will be served; an RSVP is required at 720-202-6050 or e-mail jarrod.schott@smwe.com.

Tuesday, June 28:

Wednesday, June 29:
Expo Recreation Center, 10955 East Exposition Avenue in Aurora, will be the site of a City of Aurora cooking class on Ice Cream for Grownups. It runs from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. and costs $46 to $60; call 303-326-8630.
Both Morton’s locations (8480 East Belleview Avenue in Englewood and 1710 Wynkoop Street) host Wine Down Wednesdays on the last Wednesday of the month, with three different wines in four-ounce pours for $25 from 6 to 7 p.m. Visit www.mortons.com.
Thursday, June 30:

Sunday, July 3:
