Strange Brewing will tap Mitternacht Dunkelweizen as part of its weekly One Barrel Wednesday series of small batch beers.

Copper Kettle will tap a new beer today. The Imperial Helles Bock is described as looking similar to a pilsner but having “a hearty malty backbone and bitterness.” The Chile Billy food truck will also be on hand beginning at 5 p.m.

The town of Breckenridge hosts its annual Spring Beer Festival today in the Main Street Station event plaza at 505 South Main Street. Enjoy food and beer samplings from local and national breweries — including Avery, Boulevard, Breckenridge, Crabtree, Crazy Mountain, Great Divide, Odell, Oskar Blues, Sierra Nevada and Stone — while you jam to free live music My Pet Dragon, Transmission and the Jason Spooner Trio. Tickets are $30 and include unlimited tastings.

Hops & Pie will highlight four beers from Equinox Brewing in Fort Collins today beginning at 2 p.m. as part of its monthly Littlest Big Beer Fests. Flights or single pours of the following beers will be available: The Details, a Belgian-style Golden strong; Mid Winter Warmer barleywine; Total Eclipse imperial brown; and Schwarzchild double dark IPA.

Dry Dock Brewing brings back its spring seasonal, Apricot Blonde, today in the taproom, which is open from noon to 9 p.m., selling 22-ounce bomber bottles right from the brewery (for $6.50). The beer, which was the first one Dry Dock bottled, will also be available in liquor stores.
