Vesta Dipping Grill, 1822 Blake Street, is introducing Pre-Game Pop-Ups for the 2013 Rockies season today. Specials include Korean BBQ rib sandwiches and fresh fruit cups sweetened with agave syrup and chili lime; more pop-up items will appear on the menu throughout the season.

Chef Brandon Foster says he wanted to “provide an alternative to traditional ballgame food on the way to Coors Field.” The items will be available in front of Vesta ninety minutes before every Rockies day game, and before select evening games throughout the season.
