Chef Eric Johnson of Via Toscana Restaurant, 356 South McCaslin Boulevard in Louisville, will challenge chef Jeff Bolton of Kachina Southwestern Grill, 10600 Westminster Boulevard in Westminster, in the second annual Broomfield Farmers’ Market Iron Chef competition today.
