It’s been a hit since opening in Sunnyside in 2022 and now its second location is set to debut this fall.

“The office buildings in downtown Denver, and the surrounding blocks, remain mostly empty, and that, combined with economic and other forces, has made it impossible to stay in business.”

These briny, boozy creations are popular for good reason.

While four spots debuted, two said goodbye.

Its the latest in a string of new dumpling options that have debuted in the metro area in the last year.

Il Posto has been in business for seventeen years, seven of them at the current location.

It also plans to bring its popular smash burger pop-up, Snipeburger, to the new outpost.

It has been a staple in the Highland neighborhood since 2005 and last year, a new owner took the reigns.

Visiting Bottle Shop 33 is more than a booze run; it’s an experience that celebrates the art of entertaining.

Its chef/owner, Penelope Wong, was recently named one of Colorado’s 2024 James Beard Award semifinalists.

He also played a few tunes on his ukulele, including a new one all about the Old Fashioned.
