We caught up with Sandra Zwingelberg on Saturday at the Denver Modernism Show, where she was manning her Yesterday’s Child booth all weekend.
Sandra got her reputation for having an eye for antiques, lamps, retro clothing and the best tchotchkes ever at her former hole-in-the-wall shop on South Pearl Street; nowadays, she’s a little harder to find. Sandra wore a blue, purple and teal print ensemble accented with silvery sandals and a ton of matching jewelry in iridescent tones; find out what she had to say about it after the jump.

Westword: How would you describe your sense of style?
Sandra Zwingelberg: Eclectic.
WW: How do you decide what to wear in the morning?
SZ: It depends on what I’m doing that day, in my many different lives.
WW: Where do you shop?
SZ: Thrift stores.
WW: Do you have a favorite article of clothing?
SZ: These shoes. They’re Spanish Birkenstocks in an aqua-silver patent-leather. Who needs to wear spike heels?
