Trick or treat, indeed: fourteen inches of new snow this weekend at Silverton Mountain brought the mid-mountain base tally to an incredible eighty inches (see powder porn after the jump). Wolf Creek got 22 inches before opening for the weekend, bringing the October total to 68 inches, and will be open daily starting this Saturday. Arapahoe Basin and Loveland — both open for the season — got a few inches over the weekend, enough to get decent terrain park sessions going. Oh, and more snow is on the way to just about ever mountain in Colorado later this week.
