Marilyn Megenity’s Mercury Café always rolls out the red carpet for Valentine’s Day, and this year is no exception: The slate will be full, beginning with special romantic dinner entrees in the dining room and the annual annual Mercury Motley Players Valentine’s Follies giving continuity to the goings-on. The players will also perform Lovers Split Strangers, according to Merc tradition, at 7:30 p.m.; admission is $10 at the door. And later, the Erica Brown Band will tear up the stage upstairs; admission is $8 with a dance lesson or $6 for the dance only.
Reservations are recommended for dinner; for more information visit www.mercurycafe.com or call 303-294-9281.
