As Denver streets get more packed — and more dangerous — we’ve taken to task bicyclists who break the rules, drivers who break the rules and, most recently, pedestrians who break the rules. But one reader wonders if walkers in this town even understand the rules. Says Chris:
Not a single person in this city knows what the orange hand means. I let them know as I turn through the crosswalk and they get all, “We are walking here.” For those of you who still don’t know, the orange hand means DON”T walk.
